What we do at Brandesign is to design strategies on how a brand looks to its consumers, how it interacts with its customers, in what maners its stories are told to its followers in the publications, the user experience on the web, how they will perceive it. It sounds complicated, but it is not. In design as in the arts, start with the conductor of the orchestra (being the brand) and then gradually adjust each instrument until you reach the medium and the communication piece, and not the other way around: designing webs on one side that then lack thread when you see it in their communications in networks or print advertising pieces.
