USER INTERFACE DESIGN FOR VIVE ENERGY ERP
DESCRIPTION
In one of our most recent collaborations, we applied our user-centric methodologies to redesign the mobile app interface of a well-known sports fashion brand.
Their existing app had several usability issues that were negatively affecting the user experience and conversion rate. For example, the registration process was too long and complex, and navigation between sections was unclear.
We conducted qualitative interviews and usability tests with different user profiles to understand their needs, frustrations and behaviours in the app. This allowed us to identify several opportunities for improvement from a user perspective.
GRAPHIC INTERFACE PROJECT
We then designed several alternative solutions and iterated with users until we reached the optimal design. We simplified the registration process, improved the information architecture and created more intuitive movements between screens.
Since the launch of the new interface, we have seen significant improvements in key metrics. Registration abandonment rates dropped by 30% and sales conversion rates increased by more than 20%.
Users also value their experience more, with a 15% increase in app store ratings. This case demonstrates the huge impact that applying usability and user-centred design principles can have.
At Brandesign we are proud to have helped Vive Energía achieve excellent results with the solar calculator thanks to our user-centred methodology.
